About the Club

The Norton Owners Club of NSW has existed since May 1981. The present membership is around 120 members, scattered throughout Australia.

The principal aim of the club is to provide a means whereby anyone with an interest in Nortons can share ideas, technical information, and camaraderie with other Norton enthusiasts. This has now resulted in more Nortons back on the road than ever before in the Club’s history.

For further details about the club, meetings, contacts and membership go to the club page.

NOCNSW Turns 30!

NOCNSW turned 30 this May. We marked the occasion with a party at the club meeting spot down at Leichhardt Rowing Club. The party was well attended with club members past and present coming together to celebrate 30 years of keeping Nortons on the road. Norton lovers travelled from all over NSW, Queensland and Victoria with a large group motoring down from the Hunter Valley.

29th Unapproachable 2011

The Hunter Valley Branch of NOCNSW organised another excellent Unapproachable Rally this year.

"After a great lunch at the Wallabadah Hotel we arrived at Nundle for the usual meet and greet on the Friday arvo and long into the night :-)) All still managed to rise early for set up in the park and sort out the entries along with quite a few late entries on the day. In all we had just over 50 bikes take off for this year's pleasant loop out through Kootingal, Nemingha, Tamworth etc. with a lunch break at Dungowan and back to the park for the display and judging. We also had a much welcomed yummy 'real' coffee break along the way too this year! Needless to say the mobile coffee van is already booked for next year!!

2011 Gresford Day

Well another great Gresford weekend again this year with around 20 bikes at the start at Rutherford Maccas before departing for a great run out through Lambs Valley to Singleton to meet up with the Sydney guys.

Quite a few stayed over and settled into the campsite for the night after a refreshing swim in the river - and it didn't rain!!!!...

Mid Week Runs a Success

Not everyone can make it to a run at the weekend so the club has added mid week runs on every third Wednesday to the diary. The runs either head north or south. Run south go to Thirroul or Austinmeer via the Royal National Park. Rendezvous at Loftus Oval at 10.30 am. Three weeks later we head north to the Road Warriors cafe for the 2nd run, meeting Berowra Mobil at 11.00am.
